Pete is an award-winning portrait artist and photographic craftsman who’s spent decades photographing real people at their best—confident, natural, and unmistakably themselves. A lifelong Long Islander, he’s spent his life surrounded by the beaches, marinas, boardwalks, and waterfront towns that define the Island’s summer identity—and that local backdrop is a big part of what inspired this project in the first place. After many years behind the lens creating portraits with purpose, Pete wanted to build something bigger than a single session—something that felt like a true Long Island “summer story” told through high-end, publication-quality imagery.

That idea became Girls of Long Island Swimsuit Calendar—a thoughtfully produced swimsuit calendar and lifestyle photo series rooted in classic portrait craftsmanship, iconic coastal scenery, and a timeless, tasteful approach to beauty. Pete leads the project with the same standards he brings to his portrait work: careful planning, strong creative direction, and an emphasis on comfort and professionalism on set—especially in waterfront and marine environments.
